該螺旋喂料機(jī)適用于干燥粉狀物料(如煤粉、水泥、谷物、砂石等)的均勻連續(xù)供料。該設(shè)備采用擺線針輪減速機(jī)，加裝VF變頻器，調(diào)速范圍廣，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪聲低、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小，可以方便地調(diào)節(jié)物料流量，滿足不同生產(chǎn)工藝要求。
Screw feeder is used to convey dry and powder material (Such as coal powder, cement, grain and sand etc.) etc. even and continuous material. Screw conveyor is used cycloid needle wheel reducer and VF variable frequency meter. It is charac?terized by wide range, stable operation, low noise, tight structure and small volume. It is convenient to adjust material flow and meet different manufacture workman requirement.

       Q—雙管螺旋喂料機(jī)的喂料能力（m3/h） δ—螺旋葉厚度（m）
       D—螺旋評(píng)直徑（m） n—螺旋的轉(zhuǎn)速（r/min）
       D—螺旋桿直徑（m） Ф—物料的充滿系數(shù)(一般=0.9）
       s—螺旋的螺距（m）

In the formula
Q means the feeding capacity of double pipe screw conveyor(m3/h)，5 means the thickness of screw impeller. D means the diameter of screw(m), n means the speed of screw.
D means the diameter of screw pole, filling factor of material(usually it is equal to 0.9.)
S means the pitch of screw.
