產(chǎn)品概述

懸臂斗輪堆取料機（簡稱斗輪機），是一種大型、連續(xù)、高效的散料裝卸機械。可適用于堆、取粒度0～300 mm的散狀物料，是大中型火力發(fā)電廠、碼頭、礦山、冶金、化工和大型水利工地等工礦企業(yè)儲料場專用的堆取散狀物料的優(yōu)良設(shè)備。

懸臂式斗輪取料機主要由行走機構(gòu)、門架、回轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)、上部鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、臂式輸送機、斗輪機構(gòu)、尾車、潤滑系統(tǒng)、俯仰系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)、噴淋除塵系統(tǒng)和檢測限位裝置組成。大車行走、回轉(zhuǎn)、俯仰、斗輪傳動、懸臂膠帶機等傳動機構(gòu)之間有聯(lián)鎖安全保護。工作時，取料機沿著軌道行進(jìn)，并能改變臂架的回轉(zhuǎn)、俯仰角度。懸臂式斗輪取料機是由斗輪挖掘機發(fā)展而來，它能與堆料機和輸送機一起組成自動運輸系統(tǒng)，節(jié)約成本，隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，堆取料機的需求也越來越大。

按理論生產(chǎn)能力，斗輪堆取料機可分為以下幾種:

(1）輕型生產(chǎn)率在630m3/h 以下

(2）中型生產(chǎn)率為630~2500m3/h

(3）大型生產(chǎn)率為2500~5000m3/h

(4）特大型生產(chǎn)率為5000~10000m3/h

(5）巨型生產(chǎn)率在10000 m3/h 以上

我公司的懸臂斗輪(堆)取料機，其臂長范圍為20-60m，堆取料能力范圍為200-11000t/h。此設(shè)備廣泛應(yīng)用于條型原料場。

性能特點

1、懸臂斗輪(堆)取料機集堆、輸送、挖掘多重功能于一體，效率高。將挖掘機構(gòu)與運輸機構(gòu)有機組合在一起，取料、堆料、輸送，配合作業(yè)。

2、能耗低。物料的運輸采用阻力小的帶式輸送機。

3、使用壽命長。機器在取料時沖擊力小，零部件磨損小，斗齒采用耐磨材料，延長了使用壽命。
