PB-Ⅰ/PB-Ⅱ平板閘門是粉料、晶粒料、小顆粒料的流量輸送控制的主要設(shè)備。廣泛適用于冶金、礦山、建材、糧食、化工等行業(yè)。PB-Ⅰ平板閘門配備電動(dòng)、氣動(dòng)、電液動(dòng)推桿作為驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置，是控制流量大小，切斷迅速的設(shè)備。
Flat valve is a main equipment to control and convey powder material, crystal material and small grain material.
It is widely used in metallurgical, ore, building material，foodstuff and chemical industry etc. The valve has motorized, pneumatic and motorized and hydraulic handspike as driving device. It is an ideal equipment to control flow and quick cutting.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
PB-Ⅰ/PB-Ⅱ平板閘門具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作自如，密封性能優(yōu)良，局部阻力損失小，切斷快，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方便，不易變形等特點(diǎn)。
Structure features
It is characterized by simple structure, free operation, excellent sealing, small resistance, quick cutting and convenient maintenance and not easy to deform etc.

工作原理：
　　平板閘門主要由執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、閥體、插板、密封裝置、行程開(kāi)關(guān)等部件組成。運(yùn)行時(shí)輸出指令（電源或氣源）給執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，由執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)插板向外推出，達(dá)到工況需要位置，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)行程開(kāi)關(guān)停止，由行程開(kāi)關(guān)反饋信號(hào)（開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)）給控制室。反之則關(guān)閉插板閥（向內(nèi)推進(jìn)）。

Work principle
Flat valve is mainly composed of actuator, valve body, inserting plate, sealing device and travel switch etc. When driving, output instructions(power or gas source) to actuator. Actuator drive inserting plate outside and meet work condition. Otherwise close inserting valve (inside toward).
