CP生料均化庫

概述
        CP生料均化庫特點(diǎn)是電耗低、均化效果好。CP庫的均化機(jī)理是庫頂生料通過8條斜槽均勻布料，不同時(shí)期的生料在庫內(nèi)呈橫向分布，庫底充氣系 統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)更符合生料充氣后的流動(dòng)性，呈放射狀斜向分布，環(huán)形區(qū)一般分8個(gè)區(qū)，每隔5分鐘輪流充 氣，充氣區(qū)生料因松動(dòng)及氣流的引導(dǎo)卸入中心區(qū)，庫內(nèi)不同層的生料豎向切割下料實(shí)現(xiàn)生料的均 化，不同時(shí)間的生料進(jìn)入中心區(qū)后再進(jìn)行氣體強(qiáng)烈混合均化，從而達(dá)到理想的均化效果。

Brief introduction
        CP raw material homogenized silo is a new raw material homogenized silo that is introduced from Germany BMH Company. It is characterized by low power consumption and good homogenized effect. Homogenized principle: Raw material powder from raw material distributor of top silo is through 8 sets air slide which are radial arranged. Different time raw material has different homogenized effect in different material layer. The design of aerating system of bottom silo should distribute in slope and radiation. It will comply with flow request of raw material powder. Circular zone has 8pcs of aerating unit usually. It will be a circle every five minutes. Raw material in circular zone will flow toward center zone because of loose and airflow guide. As aerating strength of center zone is stronger, different time raw material powder enters center zone and they will have enough mixing and realize ideal homogenized effect.
